Privacy
Your meets stay with you.
This page lists everything 2Timer collects, why, and how to turn off what can be turned off. 2Timer never sells data, shows ads, or uses third-party trackers, and it doesn't keep your internet address anywhere.

Your meets stay on your device
Athletes, teams, entries, times, and results are stored in your browser on your device. They leave it only when you send them somewhere: saving a file, publishing live results, sending to a scoreboard, exporting, or connecting to another service. 2Timer's servers never hold a copy.
Usage counts
Manager counts which features are used each day, like "exported Hy-Tek results" or "used the Stopwatch", along with the app version, the browser and operating system, whether it's a phone, tablet, or computer, a rough screen size, whether Manager is installed or open in a browser tab, and the country (and the state or province in the US and Canada). When you export results, it also sends the meet's rough size: under 100, 100–499, or 500 and up athletes.
Apart from that, it never sends anything from your meets, anything you typed, or anything that tells your device apart from anyone else's. We use the counts to decide what to improve.
Turn them off in Manager under Settings → Preferences → Usage Counts. Turning them off deletes anything waiting to be sent.
Site visits
The 2Timer website and Manager use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views, browsers, and countries. It uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.
Your account (optional)
Manager works without an account. If you create one, 2Timer keeps your email and name from your Google sign-in, your organizations and roles, and any branding you upload. A sign-in lasts up to 30 days.
The email list
If you join, 2Timer keeps your email address to send updates. Every email has a way to leave.
The help chat
Questions are kept for 30 days to improve the help, with emails and phone numbers removed first. They're never linked to you, your account, or your device.
Other services you connect
When you connect RunSignUp, RaceRoster, Total Active Sports, an FTP server, an S3 bucket, or a webhook, your requests pass through 2Timer's server because a browser can't reach those services directly. They're passed along, and nothing from them is saved or logged.
Cookies
2Timer uses cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember which organization you're working in.
